Product Overview

The ACEY-HTM800 is a cast coating machine with an 800mm working length, supplied with a vacuum suction cup and an oil‑free vacuum pump. The scraper mechanism enables the production of long, thick films. A proprietary automatic propulsion system allows for smooth coating application on virtually any substrate within a width of 150mm and a length of 800mm. This machine represents an ideal tool for low‑cost research and development of electrode materials used in 18650 batteries.
